Keeping your registered email address up to date ensures you never miss important updates or notifications from us. If you’ve changed your email address or need to update it in our system, follow the simple steps below to request the change:
- Log in to your dashboard and navigate to Settings.
- Select General Settings from the menu.
- Under the Information section, find your current email address and click on Request a Change.
- You will be redirected to our Support Page. Submit a new support ticket and ensure the following details are included:
- Your current email address
- The new email address you wish to use
Once the ticket is submitted, a member of our support team will contact you to assist with the update.
Please note that email address updates may take up to 48 working hours to be completed.
