If you need to update your registered email address, please follow these steps:
- Go to your dashboard and click on Settings.
- Select General Settings.
- In the Information section, locate your current email address. Click on Request a Change to proceed.
- You will be automatically redirected to our support page to submit a new ticket. Be sure to include your current email address and the new email address in the ticket message box.
A member of our support staff will reach out to you shortly after you submit your request to assist with the update.
