Depositing cryptocurrencies into your BitOasis wallet is straightforward when done correctly. Follow the guidelines below to ensure a smooth, secure transaction — including how to locate your wallet address, use the correct network, and meet requirements for specific cryptocurrencies.

How to Deposit: Step-by-Step

Select Your Token

Navigate to the Wallets section and choose the cryptocurrency you wish to deposit. Your unique wallet address for the selected cryptocurrency will be displayed.

Review Deposit Guidelines

Before initiating a deposit, carefully review the deposit guidelines for digital assets shown on the deposit page to avoid any potential issues.

Avoid Errors ⚠️

Transferring to the wrong address or network, or depositing an unsupported token, can result in permanent loss of funds. If this occurs, contact our support team to discuss potential recovery options.

Use the Correct Wallet Address

Every cryptocurrency has a distinct wallet address. Always double-check that you are copying the correct address before initiating your deposit.

Include Required Memos and Tags

For certain cryptocurrencies, it is mandatory to include memos or tags for the transaction to be successfully processed. Missing these will cause your deposit to fail.

Verify Supported Tokens and Networks

Only deposit cryptocurrencies supported by BitOasis. Visit the Wallets page or check the homepage for the full list of supported tokens.

Specific Cryptocurrency Requirements

Some cryptocurrencies have additional requirements. Make sure you follow these exactly before sending:

BTC

Bitcoin

Send BTC only to a Bitcoin wallet address. No memo or tag required.

XRP

Ripple TAG REQUIRED

Must include both a unique destination tag and the XRP wallet address.

XLM

Stellar MEMO REQUIRED

Must include both a special memo and the XLM wallet address.

EOS

EOS.IO MEMO REQUIRED

Must include a special memo along with the EOS wallet address.

ETH

Ethereum GAS LIMIT

Set the gas limit to a minimum of 37,000. Deposits with a lower gas limit cannot be processed.

Important Network Restrictions

To prevent loss of funds, always use the supported network for each cryptocurrency. Using an unsupported network may result in permanent loss of your assets.
