Submit a Support Ticket
- Go to the Phone number change category in our support ticket system.
- Fill in the required details, and a member of our support staff will assist you with the update.

Request a Change via Dashboard
- Log in to your account and click on Settings.
- Select General Settings.
- Under the Information section, locate your registered phone number. Click Request a Change.
- You will be redirected to our support page to submit a new ticket.
Please ensure that all required details are provided when submitting your request. Once submitted, your mobile number update will be processed within 48 working hours, and our support team will contact you if any additional information is required.
