Request to Update Your Registered Email Address
Keep your account information current to stay connected
Keeping your registered email address up to date ensures you never miss important updates or notifications. Follow the steps below to request a change.
Log in to your dashboard and navigate to Settings.
Select General Settings from the menu.
Under the Information section, find your current email address and click Request a Change.
You will be redirected to our Support Page. Submit a new support ticket and ensure the following details are included:

Once the ticket is submitted, a member of our support team will contact you to assist with the update. Email address updates may take up to 48 working hours to be completed.
