If you decide to delete your BitOasis account, the steps vary depending on whether you're using an iOS device or software device. Please follow the instructions below to ensure a smooth process.
For iOS Users:
- Open the BitOasis app on your iOS device.
- Select General Settings then choose Delete account.
- A note will pop up to confirm your account deletion.
After clicking on “Delete Account,” an automatic ticket will be submitted to our support team to process your request.
For Non-iOS Users:
If you’re using a different platform, please reach out directly to our customer support team. They will assist you in proceeding with your account deletion request.
For security purposes, your personal identification information and transactions record will be retained for 8 years as stipulated in AML Policy that you can check through the following link: https://bitoasis.net/en/page/aml-policy as per the law of the UAE, your data will be permanently deleted from our records after the mentioned period ends.
