How to initiate a transfer
Save your bank account — Go to your BitOasis profile and add your bank account IBAN before transferring.
Select the correct currency — Use the matching IBAN from the table above for AED, BHD, or AED (GCC).
Initiate from your saved account — Always transfer from the bank account saved in your BitOasis profile to enable automatic reconciliation.
Verify beneficiary details — Double-check the IBAN and beneficiary name before confirming the transfer in your banking app.
Important rules
If you transfer from a bank account not saved in your BitOasis profile, your deposit may be delayed.
If no IBAN is saved in your BitOasis account when you transfer, the system cannot credit your deposit automatically.
Transfers from unsaved accounts require manual intervention and may take longer to process.
Tip: Always save your bank account details in your BitOasis profile and initiate all transfers from that saved account. This ensures smooth automatic reconciliation and avoids processing delays.
