Deposit Using (Credit Card - Debit Card)

The following video demonstrates how to start a deposit transaction using a credit or debit card within the application.

Wire deposits, credit card deposits, and withdrawals for the following currencies are temporarily unavailable due to ongoing issues with our banking partner: SAR, QAR, KWD, OMR, and USD.

Follow these simple steps to make a deposit using your credit or debit card:

Step 1: Select Deposit Method

• Navigate to the Payment Method section and choose "Deposit via credit/debit card."
• Enter the desired deposit amount.
  • Minimum deposit requirements:
    • 100 AED or 50 USD.

Step 2: Review Transaction Summary

• Once the amount is entered, a transaction summary will appear.
• Click the "Proceed with Payment" button to continue.

Step 3: Enter Card Details

• Input your credit card details as prompted.
• Complete the process by clicking the "Deposit" button.

Important Notes:

• Daily Transaction Limits:

  • A maximum of 5 transactions per user per day.
  • Each transaction is capped at 50,000 AED.

• Monthly Deposit Limits:

  • If your monthly deposit limit is reached, deposit capabilities will reset automatically at the beginning of the next cycle.

• Additional Charges:

  • Your card issuer may apply foreign exchange fees or cash advance charges.
