With BitOasis, you can easily withdraw cash from your wallet to your personal bank account. Please note that withdrawals to third-party accounts are not supported.
Withdrawals Fees:
- For amounts up to 25,000, the fee is 25 AED.
- For amounts 25,000 and above, the fee is 65 AED.
Steps to Withdraw Cash:
Step 1: Ensure Sufficient Balance
- Check your Fiat wallet balance to ensure you have enough funds for the withdrawal.
- If your balance is low, sell your crypto assets first to make funds available for withdrawal.
Step 2: Initiate Withdrawal
- Go to the Wallet section and select Withdraw.
- Add your personal bank account details where you want the funds to be transferred.
Step 3: Enter Withdrawal Amount
- Enter the amount you wish to withdraw.
- Click the "Initiate Withdrawal" button.
- Note: The minimum withdrawal amount is 200 AED (excluding the withdrawal fee). If you wish to withdraw less than 200 AED, please contact us for assistance.
Processing Time
- Withdrawal requests made Monday to Saturday before 11:00 am (UAE time) will be processed on the same day.
- Requests made after 11:00 am will be processed on the next banking day, per our Terms & Conditions.
Important Notes:
- Minimum Withdrawal Amount: Ensure your balance meets the required minimum of 210 AED for faster processing (includes the 200 AED minimum + 10 AED fee).
- No Third-Party Accounts: BitOasis does not support withdrawals to third-party accounts. Ensure your personal bank account details are entered correctly.
