Guide to Cancelling Deposit Orders
Cancel new or pending deposit orders quickly and easily
Important
Only deposit orders with the status "New" or "Pending" can be cancelled. If your deposit order qualifies, you can manage it directly from your deposit history page.
Steps to Cancel a Deposit Order
Locate the Deposit Order
Go to your deposit history and locate the deposit order you wish to cancel from the list.
Click Cancel Deposit Order
Click the "Cancel Deposit Order" button next to the selected deposit.
Confirm the Cancellation
Follow the on-screen prompts to confirm your cancellation. Once confirmed, the deposit order will be successfully cancelled.
