Guide to Cancelling New or Pending Deposit Orders

Please note that only deposit orders with the status "New" or "Pending" can be canceled. If your deposit order qualifies, By clicking here, you can cancel any pending or new deposit orders. To do so,  follow the instructions below. 

Step 1:

Locate the deposit order you wish to cancel from the list.

Step 2:

Click on the "Cancel Deposit Order" button next to the selected deposit.

Step 3:

Confirm your cancellation by following the on-screen prompts.

Once confirmed, the deposit order will be successfully canceled.
